Grapes selected from the ones for the elaboration of the ‘Torcolato’ it rests 5 days in the boxes, 60% is fermented and aged in barrique, 40% in stainless steel.

60% in barrique, 40% in stainless steel, 1 year in the bottle.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Straw Yellow notes with golden reflexes. Creamy ripe fruit scent with outstanding balsamic and citrus notes. Fresh and persistent elegant notes.
