Right of withdrawal for IoMazzucato products

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning IoMazzucato products, without giving any reasons and with any declaration, as long as explicit, delivered to IoMazzucato. The right of withdrawal is however excluded with respect to IoMazzucato sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been associated after delivery, such as, by way of example, cosmetic products for body care and beauty. If the customer intends to return the purchased products, he can use the return label received with the order or he can print a new one through his personal page accessible from the IoMazzucato website. If the customer does not have access to a printer, if there are problems downloading the 'return label or if you require a new label, you can contact Customer Service (see the contact details indicated at the bottom of the page) and request one. Please always use the return label provided by IoMazzucato in order to avoid unnecessary additional costs. span >

Information on the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter H) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 "Consumer Code")

The customer has the right to withdraw from contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days. The recovery period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the term of 14 days decorated from the day on which the customer or a third, other than the vehicle to be designated, acquires physical possession of the last good. To this end, it is possible, but not mandatory, to use the standard withdrawal form that can be downloaded here . If the customer decides not to use the standard withdrawal form, he may submit any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline set for the withdrawal is considered respected if the customer sends his declaration before the expiry of the 14-day deadline starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the term of 14 days starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.

Effects of withdrawal

Following the withdrawal from this contract, IoMazzucato will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs deriving from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by IoMazzucato), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which IoMazzucato is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase. The customer will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until IoMazzucato receives the returned products or until the customer demonstrates that such goods have been shipped, if earlier. The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract. The Products must be returned - properly packaged in their original packaging, undamaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In case of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at his own expense, replace it in order to be able to return the IoMazzucato Products; - with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow IoMazzucato to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address); - without obvious signs of use, except those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article (they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale). If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, or the exception to the right of withdrawal indicated in paragraph 6 in relation to sealed products is made, the withdrawal will not be effective. The costs of returning the goods are borne by IoMazzucato as long as the customer uses the return documents provided by IoMazzucato and sends the goods from the country in which the delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.
