Returns and refunds
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written request to info@iomazzucato.it, indicating the order number, the name used for the purchase and the products they wish to return.
Products must be returned intact, unopened, unused, in their original packaging and properly packed to avoid damage during transport.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of an incorrect, damaged, defective or non-compliant product.
Once the returned goods have been received and checked, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund may be withheld until we have received the returned products or until the Customer has provided proof of having shipped them back.
Returns of products that have been opened, consumed, damaged by the Customer or not properly stored will not be accepted.
Damaged, incorrect or non-compliant products
The Customer is invited to check the order upon delivery and to contact us promptly in the event of a damaged, incorrect or non-compliant product.
The report must be sent to info@iomazzucato.it, indicating the order number and attaching photos of the packaging and the product received.
After checking the report, we will, if necessary, arrange a replacement or a refund.
Bottles with possible cork taint or product defect
If a bottle shows a possible defect, such as cork taint or evident alterations of the product, the Customer is invited to contact us promptly at info@iomazzucato.it, indicating the order number and attaching any photos of the bottle, cork and lot number.
To allow us to carry out a proper check, we ask the Customer to keep the bottle with the remaining wine and the original cork. In some cases, the return of the bottle may be requested for internal verification.
If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the product or a refund of the value of the defective bottle.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, consumed, altered, damaged by the Customer, not properly stored or returned without the original packaging.
Returns will also not be accepted for personalized products or products made according to the Customer’s specific request, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.
