Soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at 13°C for a period of 10 days
6 months in stainless steel with ‘battonage’ stirring every 15 days for 6 months.
Straw yellow color with golden reflexes. Immediate scent of ripe fruits leaving space then to fresh floral notes. At the palate the tasting impression is full smooth and salty. Definitely harmonic and balanced.
