VINIFICATION
In January the grapes are pressed and fermented at a low temperature, until they reach an alcohol content of 13.5 °.

REFINEMENT
12 months in steel, 12 months in barrique.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
< font style = "vertical-align: inherit;"> Color Golden golden yellow Intense note of honey and raisins, apricot and almond. On the palate it is firm but velvety. The sweetness is delicate and not cloying because it is invigorated by the typical acidity of the vespaiola grape.
